Emma Smeaton is a Senior Credit Risk Manager - Secured at HSBC, bringing extensive experience in credit risk management across various retail financial products. Previously, Emma held multiple roles at Banco Santander and GE Money, focusing on risk management, collections, and analytics. While at Lloyds Banking Group, Emma was responsible for developing customer-centric strategies and led a team of managers and analysts. Emma also served as Head of Analytics at HML, where they oversaw the development of risk models and strategies. Emma earned a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Hull.
