Engin Turan is the Head of Strategy for HR Technology at HSBC, overseeing the management of HR IT strategy and program budgets. With over 20 years of experience in technology and strategic innovation, they previously held various leadership roles at EY, including Global Program Director for Digital HR Transformation, where they managed a global deployment impacting over 350,000 employees. Engin’s expertise includes delivering best-in-class technologies and driving business growth through innovative solutions in talent management. They began their career as a Business Process Analyst at Pasabahce Cam Sanayii ve Tic. A.S. and later worked as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. Engin completed their secondary education at Izmit High School.
