Eugiena Pratley

Eugiena Pratley is a Chief of Staff with extensive experience in communications, including public relations, internal communications, and marketing. They have held managerial roles at notable organizations such as Post Office Limited and HSBC, where they co-founded the Coaching Circles program to enhance leadership development for thousands of colleagues. In 2014, Eugiena was recognized in the Institute of Internal Communications’ Under 30 Top Internal Communicators. They earned an MBA Essentials from The London School of Economics and hold dual degrees in Business (Marketing) and Arts (Public Relations/International Relations) from the University of the Sunshine Coast.
