Evelyn McAdam

Evelyn McAdam currently serves as General Counsel for Group M&A at HSBC since August 2022, following a brief tenure as General Counsel at GE Renewable Energy for Onshore Wind International from February to September 2022. Prior to these roles, Evelyn McAdam worked at GE from January 2014 to January 2022 as Executive Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions and served as Senior M&A Counsel at GE Capital from November 2005 to December 2013. Evelyn McAdam began the legal career at Dentons as a Senior Solicitor from May 1999 to October 2005 and also worked as an Associate Solicitor at Arthur Cox LLP from September 1997 to May 1999. Academic qualifications include an LLM in Commercial Law from University College Dublin and a BCL (Hons) from University College Cork.
