Farah Hakim is currently the Head of Business Enablement within Business Performance at HSBC Bank, where they focus on enhancing efficiency and supporting the sustainability strategy. Previously, they held several roles at HSBC, including Head of Business Management and Senior Manager Streamlining & Simplification, driving strategic initiatives and managing performance across retail operations. Farah's career in banking started at HSBC Bank Egypt, where they served as Senior Manager Business Enablement, leading efforts to optimize processes and promote business growth. They hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Cairo University and completed their IGCSE at New Horizon School, Maadi.
