Fenwick Howieson

Fenwick Howieson is an experienced leader in transformation and technology, currently serving as the Head of Transformation at HSBC since March 2019, overseeing Agile practices and workforce planning. With a strong background in Agile and DevOps, Fenwick has held various leadership roles, including Director at Forth Rivers Consulting and Forth Rivers Trust, where efforts focus on environmental protection of freshwater ecosystems. Previous experience includes positions at GlobalLogic UK&I as Principal Consultant and significant roles at Tesco Bank in Cloud Solutions and Infrastructure Architecture, alongside a background in strategic infrastructure design at RBSG and RBS. Fenwick also contributes to the fishing community as a Council Member of the Institute of Fisheries Management and as former Chairman of the Forth District Salmon Fishery Board.
