Fergal Meere is the Global Head of Operational and Resilience Risk Transformation at HSBC, where they lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in financial services and consulting, Fergal has a deep understanding of non-financial risk management frameworks, including cyber resilience and financial reporting risk. They previously served as a Management Consultant at The Berkeley Partnership and a Senior Manager at Accenture, where they developed strong management consulting skills and fostered collaborative relationships. Fergal holds an MA in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge.
