Fiona Aitken is currently the Head of ER Policy and Risk, building on extensive experience in employee relations management. Previously, Fiona held various roles at Marks and Spencer from 2008 to 2011, including People Policy Specialist and International Employee Relations Manager. At HSBC, Fiona served as Group Employee Relations Manager and later as Group Head of Personal Conduct & Investigations from 2019 to 2024, having also worked as Employee Relations Manager for Europe. Fiona earned a BA Hons in Human Resource Management from the University of Strathclyde between 2002 and 2006 and is currently pursuing education at Grange Academy.
