Fouad Karam

Fouad Karam has extensive experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Director of Group M&A at HSBC since 2020. Prior to this role, Fouad held various positions at HSBC, including Associate Director and Associate, and gained experience as an Investment Banking Analyst and Associate at Merrill Lynch. Earlier in their career, Fouad completed internships at KPMG and Societe Generale. Fouad holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Ecole Supérieure des Ingénieurs de Beyrouth and pursued further education at HEC Paris.
