Frank Leung

Frank Leung has extensive experience in the technology sector, primarily at 香港匯豐銀行 from September 2017 to December 2019, where positions included Global Head of IBM Z Core Technology, Global Technology Service Owner for Core Technology zSeries, and Senior Engineering Manager.
