Frank Yang

Frank Yang is an experienced operations leader with a background in banking and financial institutions, having served in various roles focused on customer-oriented delivery and operational management. They held positions such as Branch Manager at Commonwealth Bank from 2003 to 2005, and more recently, they have been the Head of Wholesale Banking Operation in China at HSBC since 2016. Frank previously worked as the VP of Operations and Site Leader at 简柏特 from 2012 to 2016 and has also held leadership positions at 恒生银行 and Westpac. Frank earned a Master’s degree in Commerce with a focus on Professional Accounting from the University of Sydney and is currently pursuing another Master's degree at the University of New South Wales.
