Galant Tso is a seasoned compliance professional currently serving as the Division Head, Compliance Advisory and Business Management at HSBC Commercial Banking. With a robust background in both first and second line compliance advisory roles, Galant has worked in various capacities at HSBC since 2018, demonstrating expertise in streamlining sales processes and enhancing policies. Prior to this, Galant held key compliance positions at FTL Investment Management and CSOP Asset Management, where innovative compliance frameworks for investment products were established. Galant holds a Master of Banking and Financial Regulation and a Bachelor of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, along with an ICA International Diploma in Compliance from Alliance Manchester Business School. In their leisure time, Galant enjoys driving around Hong Kong or relaxing at home watching favorite TV shows.
