Gaurav Mrinal has a rich and diverse background in consulting, with international experience in managing high-risk transformation projects for a global insurer and an international bank. With an MBA focused on Strategy and Operations from Bradford University, Gaurav has effectively utilized strong people skills to coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies. Previously, they held positions as a Consultant at Genworth Financial and Tata Consultancy Services, and as a Senior Business Analyst at Royal Sundaram General Insurance. Currently, Gaurav serves as Vice President at HSBC, leading the Operating Model & Business Transition efforts, and was part of the Strategy Team at the CEO’s office at Royal Sundaram.
