Gemma Cameron is an experienced Transformation Leader specializing in digital transformation, product delivery, and Agile organizational design. Currently serving as the Head of Delivery at Tecknuovo, Gemma has previously held key roles including VP of Delivery Transformation and VP of Digital at Springer Nature, where they led strategic initiatives and managed large teams across multiple locations. With a strong background in project management and business analysis, Gemma has successfully delivered high-profile programs in collaboration with global teams and demonstrated expertise in AI innovation and portfolio management. They hold multiple degrees from Monash University, including a Master’s in Management.
