Gemma Richardson

Gemma Richardson is currently the Group Head of RC Conduct and Policy Frameworks at HSBC, bringing over 20 years of experience in operational improvement, governance, and strategic leadership across both public and private sectors. Prior roles include Head of Governance and Oversight for Global Banking and Markets Europe at HSBC and Strategic Development Manager at The National Archives. Gemma holds a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from UCL and another in Information Science from City St George’s, University of London. They are recognized as a qualified Knowledge Manager and Information Architect.
