Genesis Briones is an experienced Capability Development Manager with a strong background in financial services and customer service industries. They held positions at Northern Trust Corporation from 2014 to 2017 as a Training Consultant, where they migrated processes and developed training programs that led to significant cost savings. Currently, Genesis works at HSBC in roles focused on Learning and Talent Development, building on their expertise as a Six Sigma Blackbelt trained professional skilled in Business Process Improvement. They earned a degree in Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Don Bosco Technical College and are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of the East.
