Greig Aitken

Greig Aitken is a Managing Director at HSBC, responsible for culture assessment and the development of frameworks to evaluate the organization's cultural impact globally. With a career at NatWest Group spanning from 2012 to 2025, Greig led the Group's People Strategy and was involved in over 20 mergers and acquisitions, focusing on employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Greig previously held various leadership roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group from 2008 to 2011, specializing in human capital strategy and employee engagement. An accomplished academic, Greig has taught human capital strategy at prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School and is a member of the Conference Board’s European Council on Strategy & Transformation. Greig holds an MBA in finance and management and various fellowships in banking and human resources.
