Guia Silva is currently the Interim COO and SVP Head of Operations and Servicing at HSBC, having held multiple key roles within the organization since 2017. Previously, Guia gained diverse experience through internships and positions at companies such as Entertainment Gateway Group, Mobile88 Philippines, Accenture, and SWIM PHILS. INC. Guia earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Ateneo de Manila University and is currently pursuing the CFA Program, having passed Level II.
