Hammad Hashmi

Hammad Hashmi is currently the Managing Director and Market Head for Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore at HSBC, where they previously served as Senior Director and Desk Head in Malaysia. Hammad's extensive career includes leadership roles at Deutsche Bank, where they were the Head of Wealth Management in Lahore, and Union Bank Limited in Pakistan, where they held the position of Vice President and Branch Manager. They began their professional journey in wealth management and have honed their expertise in the banking sector throughout their career, which began in 1999. Hammad is also pursuing advanced degrees, including an MBA from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Arts in Economics from Karachi University.
