Hannah Booker

Hannah Booker is currently the Director of Legal Entity Rationalisation at HSBC. Previously, Hannah served as a Financial Controller for Group Holding Companies and managed Group Tax Reporting, where responsibilities included tax reporting for multiple entities and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining HSBC, Hannah worked at Citigroup as a Tax Manager, overseeing tax accounting and compliance for UK entities, and at Menzies LLP as a Corporate Tax Manager, managing the corporate tax department and client relationships. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business/Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
