Harishankar M is a Legal Counsel-Assistant Vice President at HSBC Bank PLC, specializing in derivatives and trading document negotiations. They have extensive experience in end-to-end negotiations for agreements such as ISDA, CSA, VSA, GMRA, and GMSLA, as well as Precious Metal Trading Agreements. Prior to their current role, Harishankar worked as a Legal Negotiator at Standard Chartered Bank and served as a Legal Consultant with the Directorate of Enforcement in India. They hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi.
