Héctor Vélez is an experienced professional in asset and wealth management, currently serving as the Head of Product at HSBC Asset Management Mexico since 2018. Previously, they held roles such as Head of Product & Investment Solutions at INVEX and Senior Fixed Income Strategist in Private Banking at BBVA en México. Héctor began their career as a Senior Financial & Tax Advisor at KPMG and later worked as a Portfolio Manager and Asset Allocation Strategist at Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social.
