Heidi Chung

Heidi Chung is the Director of Client Enablement Securities Services at HSBC, where they manage and enhance client experiences. Heidi previously held positions in various prestigious financial institutions, including BNP Paribas, JPMorgan Chase, and Merrill Lynch, focusing on project management and client relations. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from HKUST Business School from 2002 to 2005. Prior to their current role, Heidi served as a Senior Manager in Client Experience at HSBC and as the Global Head of Client Enablement for Securities Services.
