Helen Freemantle

Helen Freemantle is an experienced Employee Relations leader, currently serving as the Head of Employee Relations Centres of Expertise at HSBC, where they lead global frameworks and strategies. Previously, they held positions such as Legal Counsel for Global Legal Employment at HSBC Holdings Plc and Interim Head of Employee Relations at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Helen began their career as a Solicitor in Employment Law at DAC Beachcroft LLP and has also worked as an ER Consultant at Barclays Bank Plc. They earned a Law & Criminology (LLB) degree from the University of Wales - Cardiff and completed their LPC at Cardiff Law School.
