Hem Pant is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with over 25 years of global experience in information and cyber security, risk management, and regulatory assurance. Hem has held leadership roles at institutions such as J.P. Morgan as Executive Director of Cybersecurity and Technology Controls and is currently the Regional Information Security Officer for Europe and the UK at HSBC. Hem’s extensive background includes positions as Head of Information Security at BNY Mellon, Fidelity Investments, and ING, where they played a pivotal role in driving secure, innovative, and sustainable growth. Hem holds a Master's in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Wollongong and has undertaken further studies at prestigious institutions including The London School of Economics and Political Science.
