Hervé Cherix

Hervé Cherix is the Company Secretary and Head of Corporate Governance for HSBC Global Private Banking in Switzerland. They have held this position since 2013 and provide corporate governance advice, manage board meetings, and represent group interests in regulatory developments. Previously, Hervé served as a Manager in Assurance and Business Advisory at Arthur Andersen and as Head of Regulatory Reporting at HSBC Private Bank. They hold a Master of Arts in Commercial and Industrial Sciences from the University of Geneva and are a Certified Public Accountant from the Swiss Institute of Certified Accountants and Tax Consultants.
