Hong Leng

Hong Leng, Chay is currently a Managing Director at HSBC Private Banking, where they have been since 2017. In addition to this role, they serve as the Founder of WalkingOnWater.life, providing executive, career, and mindfulness coaching since 2020. Chay is also a Senior Career Fellow at Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Consultant at the Wealth Management Institute. Their extensive experience includes senior positions at American Express, UBS, UOB, Citibank, and the Singapore Tourism Board. Chay is pursuing degrees at Anglo-Chinese School and the National University of Singapore while holding a Master of Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
