Howard Russell is the Global Head of Commercial Pricing at HSBC Securities Services, where they lead and manage a technical and analytical team across multiple global locations. With over 17 years of experience in data analysis and business insight, Howard combines a solutions-driven approach with operational leadership to enhance profitability and meet business objectives. Previously, they held roles including Financial MI Analyst at Barclays Wealth Management and IBA MI Team Lead at Arthur J. Gallagher International, where they significantly improved reporting efficiencies and reduced outstanding debt. Howard holds a CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting and a MA(Hons) in Mathematics from The University of Edinburgh.
