Ines Olama is the Head of Talent at HSBC, where they focus on strategic talent acquisition and HR consulting. They lead the Talent Acquisition Team, implementing initiatives to refine recruitment processes and enhance employer branding. Ines previously held various roles at Vodafone, where they managed recruitment activities and contributed to employer branding strategies. They hold a B.A. in Political Science with a double major in International Law and International Relations from The American University in Cairo.
