Issac Phang

Issac Phang is an accomplished Global Markets COO and Business Manager with a diverse background in strategy and impact investing. Previously, they served as a strategy consultant at Deloitte and held roles in M&A advisory at EY and strategy & transformation at Credit Suisse. From 2016 to 2021, Issac worked at HSBC, where they progressed to Director of Institutional Sales COO. They hold an Executive MBA from Cass Business School and are currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree at the University of Technology Sydney, along with further studies in data science at the University of Michigan.
