Iza Grad

Iza Grad is a Senior Manager in the Climate Risk Programme, Regulatory Compliance at HSBC, where they have worked since 2015, progressing from FCC Manager in Anti-Bribery & Corruption to their current role. Prior to this, Iza served as a Senior Ethics Officer and Transparency and Ethics Advisor at Network Rail, as well as holding an internship at the United Nations and a corporate responsibility research internship at Herbert Smith. Iza also gained expertise as a Business Ethics Advisor at Network Rail Consulting. They hold an MSc in Global Governance and Ethics from University College London.
