Jack Parsley

Jack Parsley is a compliance and financial law expert with extensive experience in banking and finance. They currently serve as the Head of Regulatory Affairs, Conduct, & Whistleblowing at HSBC UK, where they manage regulatory developments and implement compliance programs. Jack previously held senior positions at HSBC, including Snr. Manager of Compliance Assurance and Director of Corporate & Institutional Bank Regulatory Compliance, after starting their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. They hold multiple postgraduate diplomas in law and a BA in Finance and Law, all achieved with distinction from Bournemouth University. Jack is also recognized for their leadership roles as an Innovation Champion and Early Careers Ambassador within HSBC.
