Jackie Matear

Jackie Matear is a senior risk, finance, and strategy professional with extensive experience in international financial services organizations. They have held significant positions at RBS, where they served as Head of Finance across various departments, and at Morgan Stanley, leading business development in the Consumer Banking Group. Currently, Jackie is the Head of Risk Management Framework, Reporting and Assurance at HSBC Innovation Banking and continues their education in Commerce and as a Chartered Accountant. Previously, they were also involved in senior roles at HSBC, focusing on internal audit, risk governance, and operational risk.
