Jaclyn See is currently serving as a Senior Legal Counsel at HSBC, focusing on Global Payments Solutions for Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific. Previously, Jaclyn held the position of Legal Counsel at Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd, where they provided comprehensive legal support to various teams and managed commercial contracts. Prior to that, Jaclyn was a Legal Counsel at HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad, offering legal advice across multiple business functions and contributing to regional projects. Jaclyn began their legal career as a Pupil-in-chambers and later as a Legal Assistant, gaining valuable experience in corporate and conveyancing matters. Jaclyn earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from The University of Sheffield after obtaining a Diploma in Law from HELP Institute.
