James Crookes is currently the Head of Data Platforms for the UK, Europe, and MENAT at HSBC. They previously held various roles at HSBC, including Technical Team Manager for Databases, Operational Risk Manager, and Oracle Database Administrator, among others. Earlier in their career, James worked as a Statistician for the UK Government from 1999 to 2000. James earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Sheffield Hallam University and completed their A Levels in English Language, Mathematics, and Computer Studies at The Sheffield College Norton.
