James Elwes

James Elwes is an experienced executive with extensive international exposure, having lived and worked in seven countries across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. They currently serve as the Chief Operating Officer at PT Bank HSBC Indonesia, where they lead Technology, Operations, and Corporate Services, managing a team of around 500 colleagues and driving organizational transformation.
