James Forese

Jamie Forese was appointed to the Board on 1 May 2020. He has over 30 years’ international business and management experience in the finance industry, working in areas including global markets, investment and private banking.

Mr Forese formerly served as President of Citigroup. He began his career in securities trading with Salomon Brothers, one of Citigroup’s predecessor companies, in 1985. In addition to his most recent role as President and chief executive officer of Citigroup’s Institutional Clients Group, he has been chief executive of its Securities and Banking division and head of its Global Markets business.

He is a non-executive director of the Princeton University Investment Company and a Trustee of Colby College.

Mr Forese graduated from Princeton University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
