James Grafton is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience in cash equities trading, having focused on the Asian market for the past 14 years. Grafton has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and HSBC, where responsibilities included overseeing execution trading and facilitating equity transactions. Grafton began their career as a Relationship Manager at NatWest and has developed strong management skills throughout their career. Grafton earned a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Plymouth and is currently pursuing further education in Real Estate Finance and Economics at the London School of Economics.
