James Harborne is currently the Head of Group Digital Public Policy. They previously held various leadership roles, including Head of Public Affairs for the UK and ROI at MasterCard from 2011 to 2015 and Senior Manager of Public Affairs and Policy at Nationwide Building Society between 2008 and 2011. They also worked at the British Retail Consortium as a Policy Executive from 2002 to 2004. James earned a BA (Hons) in History from The University of Manchester, graduating in 2002.
