James Stanton is the Principal Data Scientist at HSBC, where they lead initiatives in data science. They previously held roles as a Senior Analyst at Highways England, a Tactical Analyst at Highways Agency, and an Associate at Colmore, contributing to innovative fintech solutions. James's experience also includes several years as a Performance Analyst at National Information Services Ltd. They earned a Master's degree in Business Intelligence Systems and Data Mining and are currently pursuing a Postgraduate Certification in the same field at De Montfort University, building on their Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Astronomy from The University of Sheffield.
