Jamie Earl

Jamie Earl is the Managing Associate General Counsel for Global Financial Crime Legal Advisory at HSBC, a position held since 2021. They previously served as Special Counsel at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from 2018 to 2021 and held various roles at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, including Attorney Advisor and Policy Analyst, between 2005 and 2016. Jamie's earlier career includes positions as Program Associate at the American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative and Research Assistant at the Center for Clean Air Policy. Jamie holds a JD from the University of Michigan Law School, an MA in Russian and East European Studies from Stanford University, and a BSFS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
