Jayde Lynch

Jayde Lynch is currently the Global Emerging Talent Selection Lead at HSBC, where they oversee the attraction, recruitment, and onboarding processes for Emerging Talent Programs. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with Business Management from Loughborough University, Jayde began their career in recruitment in 2012 at a boutique HR agency and has since held various roles in major corporations, focusing on diversity, social mobility, and talent development. In addition to their corporate experience, Jayde has worked part-time as a career coach, helping individuals navigate their career paths. They are currently based in San Diego and are authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
