Jeff Valane

Jeff Valane, CFA, is a Managing Director and Group Head of AI Management & Strategy at HSBC, a position held since 2024. They previously served as the Head of Firmwide AI Management & Strategy and held executive roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Co-Head of Corporate Strategy & Process Improvement. Prior to this, Jeff worked as a Manager at PwC Consulting and a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, among other positions in the finance and tech sectors. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University, where they continue their studies.
