Jen Goodison

Jen Goodison is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Justice Peace at HM Courts & Tribunals Service since May 2024. With a long-standing tenure at HSBC, starting in January 2000, Jen has held multiple senior positions including Director of Financial Crime Controls and various roles in technology leadership such as CTO Engineering Platforms and Global Domain Lead Enterprise Architect. Key achievements include leading major global transformation programs, overseeing technology and business roadmaps, and managing solutions architecture for retail banking propositions. Jen's educational background includes a BSc(Hons) in Therapy Radiography from the University of the West of England, attained between 1995 and 1998.
