Jenny Craik is currently the Group Head of Reward, Performance & Employee Relations at HSBC, a position held since 2021. Previously, they served as the Global Head of Performance, Reward & Conduct at Standard Chartered Bank from 2018 to 2021, and held several leadership roles at Barclays and Barclays Africa Group Limited. Jenny began their career as an HR Advisor at Land Securities from 2006 to 2008. They earned a First Class BA (Hons) in History from Durham University in 2005.
