Jenny Yau is currently the Head of Operational Resilience for Asia and the Middle East at HSBC, a role they have taken on after a series of leadership positions within the company, including Group Head of Telecom Tools and Testing and Group Head of Network Management Tools. They began their career at HSBC as a Network Engineer from 2000 to 2004, later accumulating extensive experience in various roles related to network management and client services. Jenny is also pursuing a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Auckland.
