They began their career as a developer at Suntek and LIMING before transitioning to consulting at Sylogix. Over the years, Jim has developed expertise in managing teams and overseeing technology development, notably as Director of Software Development at FCS Computer Systems. Currently, they serve as Interim Head of Technology Centres China at HSBC, continuing to shape the future of technology in the industry.
