Jim Lin is a results-driven HR leader with over 18 years of experience in executive recruitment, talent strategy, and employer branding within global financial institutions such as HSBC, ANZ, and Robert Walters. Currently serving as SVP at HSBC, Jim spearheads end-to-end C-level recruitment and leads diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive culture through award-winning programs. Previously, Jim contributed to enhancing employer branding at ANZ and completed a graduate program at Robert Walters, specializing in mid-to-senior recruitment.
