Jin Choi has a diverse background in economics, holding various roles in both academic and professional settings. Experience includes serving as an Instructor and Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota from August 2011 to May 2014, and as a Research Assistant at the Korea Development Institute from 2009 to 2010. Jin Choi worked as a Consultant for the United Nations Development Program's Human Development Report Office between 2010 and 2011, and from June 2016 to July 2023, contributed as an Economist on the Asia economics team at Morgan Stanley with a focus on Korea and Taiwan.
