With over 16 years of experience in change and operations management, consulting, and financial services, Jitendra has a strong focus on risk management, treasury, and insurance operations. They hold a MSc in International Banking & Finance from the University of Glasgow and a Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt certification from Lloyds Banking Group. Prior to HSBC, Jitendra held key positions at Capco, State Street, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Diligenta, and Lloyds Banking Group, contributing to their expertise in enhancing risk management functions.
